Dear customer,
We experienced a brief network outage earlier today, lasting approximately 60 seconds. On further investigation, we have come across a bug that we believe caused this issue, which is affecting some of our core routers.
Because of this, we are scheduling urgent maintenance on the affected routers this evening at 22h30 SAST (GMT+2) - Friday 11th February 2022.
We expect that most customers will experience a network outage while we update the routers, lasting between 90-120 seconds.
We apologise for the inconvenience but we believe it is best to patch the affected devices as urgently as possible.
