Monitoring

We have isolated issues with connectivity reported by various customers to those customers utilising Afrihost as an ISP. We can confirm that all CloudAfrica routing and systems are fully operational and working well, with no issues related to our BGP peering announcements to upstream peers.

Apart from problems with connectivity for Afrihost customers to the CloudAfrica environment, connectivity via other ISPs seems to be fully functional and intact.

Whilst this is not a CloudAfrica issue, we will keep this incident open until the Afrihost issue is resolved as many customers utilise Afrihost as their ISP.
