Please note that from the evening of Wednesday 10th April 2024 until Sunday 14th April 2024 (inclusive), we will be migrating all systems and hosts across to the new 2 x 100Gbps network in all Johannesburg Data Centre locations (Teraco Isando JB1 - East & West, Teraco Bredell JB2, and OADC Isando JHB1).
On each evening between 20h00-23h00 (SAST / UTC+2), customers will experience the following:
1. Intermittent periods each lasting about 45 minutes when access to VM consoles using the CloudAfrica UI will not be accessible; 2. Brief 5-10 second interruptions on connectivity to VMs (a maximum of 10 times during the 3 hour window per evening)
Apart from the above, ALL VMs will remain fully operational and will immediately connect to the new network on cutover.
We would also appreciate it if customers refrain from making any VM-related changes via the CloudAfrica UI during these periods.
